I finally broke down and decided to start a blog about my little corner of the world. Some time ago I vowed to never blog because, really, who gives two flips about my life. But I started a company in October of 2009 & decided blogging for The Barn Door would be a great way to get the word out. And now, thanks to Kim at White Girl Riding the Bus, I've decided to blog about my not so eventful life here in Houston. I mean if she can blog about her adventures on the Houston Metro, then maybe someone will find my life somewhat interesting!
So here I am, just got home from a hard days work, yes, teaching is hard work. I've played with our precious pups, Corbie & Rebel. And I plan on curling up on the couch with "So Long Insecurity" by Beth Moore. I'm about three chapters in, and all I can say is WOW! She has hit the nail on the head with everything that is going on in my life! I'll let you know how the rest of the book pans out.
My hubby is off to the ranch for the weekend, and I'm pretty excited about a weekend to myself. I plan on finishing my book, do a little crafting for The Barn Door, and have some much needed girl time with my besties & my sister-n-law. Hope you all have a blessed weekend!
